Frequently Asked Questions
General
1) What’s the minimum order I can make?
– For all items on our website, there’s no minimum quantity! You can order as many as you want.
– For items that are ready to ship, MOQ is 2 pcs or 2 pairs per design.
– For custom orders (OEM), MOQ ranges from 10 to 100 pieces, depending on the materials and designs.
2) Do you have discounts?
Yes, we certainly do!
All the prices on the website are based on ordering 1 piece or 1 pair of each style. If you order more than 1 piece or 1 pair for each style, we have discounts.
For example, for basic stainless steel name necklace, the price for 1 piece is $9 each, for 2 pieces it’s $8 each, for 5 pieces it’s $7 each, and for 10 pieces it’s $6 each. The bigger the quantity, the lower the price.
3) What is the shipping rate?
Shipping rates are adjusted annually by the couriers. We ship with FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, EMS International Express, and other airlines.
Shipping rates range from $15 to $58, depending on the carrier and destination, and are calculated based on weight, starting at 500g (approximately 30pcs basic name necklace, including bubble wrap and hard box). For orders of fewer than 30 pieces, including single item, the shipping cost remains the same as for 30 pieces per shipment.
Parcels weighing less than 500g will be charged at the 500g rate, while those between 500g and 1kg will be charged at the 1kg rate, and so forth.
Note: Upon receiving your order, we will verify the shipping rate based on the order size and your location. To ensure accurate shipping costs, please provide your complete shipping address and postal code.

2). What colors and materials do you offer? Do you have options beyond sterling silver?
The most common metal colors available are silver, gold, rose gold, and black.
In addition to sterling silver, we also offer brass, alloy, stainless steel, and acrylic.
3). Which material is better: sterling silver, brass, alloy, acrylic, or stainless steel?
Each material has its advantages and disadvantages:
Sterling Silver: A timeless favorite among jewelry enthusiasts, sterling silver is known for its brilliant shine and elegant look. It is malleable, allowing for intricate designs, and its durability makes it suitable for everyday wear.
Brass: Brass has a warm, gold-like appearance and can provide a vintage or classic look. It’s more malleable, making it easier to work with for intricate designs and engravings.
Stainless Steel: Renowned for its strength and resilience, stainless steel is an excellent choice for personalized jewelry intended for daily use. It is resistant to tarnish, rust, fading, corrosion, and scratching, ensuring your jewelry maintains its appearance over time. Stainless steel can also be finished in various styles, from polished to matte, providing additional customization options.
Alloy: Alloys combine different metals to achieve unique properties and aesthetics. They offer a balance between affordability and quality, with a range of finishes and styles available. Alloys can be treated to achieve desired colors and textures, making them versatile for contemporary jewelry designs.
Acrylic: This modern and colorful alternative to traditional metals is lightweight and durable, allowing for vibrant colors and intricate designs. Customized acrylic jewelry can reflect personal styles, such as bold pendants or playful earrings, making it an excellent option for creative expression.
4). Can you engrave our logo or brand name on the jewelry?
Absolutely! We can engrave your logo on any pieces or add a logo tag, depending on the design.
5). Does your gold-plated jewelry tarnish, and how long does it last?
It’s important to understand that, like all types of plating, the gold layer on your jewelry can wear away over time, potentially exposing the base metal underneath. When you design your own jewelry wholesale collection, keep in mind that the longevity of the gold plating can vary based on several factors, including the thickness of the plating, the underlying metal, the electroplating method, and the frequency of wear.
For longer-lasting plated jewelry, we recommend using base metals such as sterling silver, or stainless steel. With proper care, the gold plating can last between 1-2 years. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid contact with chemicals, salty water, makeup, and friction. Regular cleaning is essential; refrain from brushing or rubbing the jewelry and using abrasive cleaners.
6) The diamonds are set into the pendant for the necklace in the photo. However, the ones I ordered in the same style were made with the diamonds glued. Could you please explain why?
The necklace in the photo is made of sterling silver and cubic zirconia (CZ), while the items you ordered were requested to be made in stainless steel. Typically, rhinestones are glued to stainless steel.
In the article Differences Between Rhinestone and CZ Jewelry, we explain how these two materials differ in appearance and how they are set. It might be helpful to check that out before making your decision.

7). Why does the product I received look slightly different from the photo I sent?
The photos provided below showcase one product from various angles and lighting conditions, which may result in slight variations in appearance. It can be difficult to accurately assess aspects like color, size, craftsmanship, pattern, and material from images alone. To ensure the final product meets your expectations, please send us clear photos or videos of your desired design. We will create a sample for your approval. If you need the actual product to match the photo exactly, it’s best to send us a sample for reference as part of your design your own jewelry wholesale order.
