All items are customized to meet each client’s specific requirements. They are made to order and cannot be resold. Please understand that refunds or exchanges are not available for these items.

However, if your item is faulty or incorrect, you can contact us for a refund or exchange.

Can I change the design after the approval?

You can change artwork files at any time before we submit the mockup for approval. However, changes to artwork may incur additional charges before production begins and could impact the production turnaround time. Once the mockup is approved, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as your order may have already been sent to the workshop for production.

Can I change the order quantity after payment?

While we strive to accommodate changes during the design, please note that we cannot update the quantity after mockup approval. At that stage, all materials have been prepared, and your order is sent to the workshop for production. Any adjustments to the quantity will depend on factors such as the production schedule, order deadline, and selected products. Additionally, changing the quantity may incur change order and transaction fees, as well as affect the product unit price and shipping costs.
